Horários do Funchal Launches Driver Recruitment Campaign
Today, Horários do Funchal, Transportes Públicos, S.A., is launching the recruitment campaign "The Next Journey of Your Life" ("A Próxima Viagem da Sua Vida"). The main goal is to recruit and elevate the driving profession by offering a value proposition focused on stability and career progression within one of Madeira's most iconic companies.
Right from the start of the training phase, candidates are guaranteed 50% of the base driver's salary and 100% of the meal allowance. Additionally, the company fully covers the cost of the Driver Certification course (CAM - 140 certified hours) and the 112-hour specialized internal training. The objective is to equip new professionals with the necessary skills for real-world operations, ensuring a process with no upfront costs for the candidate.
