Old HF prepaid trips

We remind our customers that old prepaid trips are no longer available for purchase. However, passengers who still have old HF prepaid trips can use them until February 28, 2026.
We encourage all customers to pay attention to and manage their old HF prepaid trips, as unused trips will not be transferred to the new SIGA system nor will they be refunded.
To purchase new prepaid trips, use the SIGA sales network:
- Operator sales offices(CAM, Horários do Funchal, SIGA Rodoeste);
- Payshop agents.
